How do I change my email address/password?
Just log in to your account from the top of the page with the account icon, then click the blue edit button. Options for changing you name, email, and password will all be displayed there. Please remember to click the Save button when your changes are complete.
What if I forgot my password?
If you already have an account on MisterArt.com but have forgotten your password, we can send it to you. On the Login page, under the blue Submit button, there is a 'forgot password' link. Just click that link, then submit your email associated with your account and we'll send you a password reminder to that email address.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. If you didn't have an account, you wouldn't be able to login and check the status of your order or access your previous orders. We always need an email and your shipping and billing information to place an order anyway, so the only extra item you need to provide for an account is a password. Having an account also ensures we can identify our VIP Members and provide the extra benefits that come with membership.

How do I use search to find my product?
With tens of thousands of arts and crafts supplies in our inventory, chances are MisterArt.com has what you need – whether you're searching for a specific product or just browsing to discover something new and fun. There are several ways to find what you're looking for at MisterArt.com. If the information below doesn't help locate the products you want, feel free to contact us.
If you are having trouble finding a product, try reducing your search terms or using more generic terms to receive more results. Some words will also provide results for similar terms, so you don't need to be too specific. A search for [paint] also returns results for paints, painting, painted, etc. Similarly, searching for [grey color] will also find matches that contain the words gray and colour.
Phrase search (" ")
By putting double quotes around a set of words, you can search for those exact words in that exact order without any changes. This is a great search option if you are looking for a specific product. However, by using a phrase search you might be missing good results accidentally. For example, a search for ["Liquitex Acrylic"] (with quotes) will return results for Liquitex Acrylic Gesso but miss the pages that refer to Liquitex Basics Acrylic Paint.
Terms you want to exclude (-)
Including a minus or subtraction sign (-) immediately before a word indicates that you do not want pages that contain this word to appear in your search results. The query [Liquitex -paint] will search for the word Liquitex but exclude paint products. You can exclude as many words as you want by using the minus sign in front of all of them, for example [Liquitex -paint -gesso -fabric].
The OR operator
By default, MisterArt.com's search function is programmed to consider all the words in a search query. For example, if you search for [acrylic paint brush], your results will only display products that include all the words "acrylic," "paint," and "brush." If you want to specifically allow either one of several words, you can use the OR operator (note that you have to type 'OR' in ALL CAPS). For example, [acrylic paint OR brush] will show results including either "acrylic paint" or "acrylic brush".

How do I send my order as a gift?
If you're purchasing a gift to be shipped directly to the gift recipient, you may include a message that will appear on the packing slip accompanying the order. This message can be entered during Checkout process when providing the shipping address. Prices will not appear on the packing slip of any gift order, but they can still be returned for the value of purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We will always do our best to accommodate your needs, but the speed of our order processing can make this difficult. We are very limited in our ability to make changes once your order is placed. For a window of about 15 minutes, however, you can cancel your order within Order History in Your Account or you can call our customer service team to request an order cancellation or add to an existing order. After this 15 minute period, the order will just need to be returned.
When will I receive my order?
This map depicts estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping from the date of order. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays.
For Rush and Expedited orders, add one to three days of order processing time plus the transit time (one day for Rush or two days for Expedited). Thus, placing an order for rush delivery may arrive in up to 3 business days. Delivery times to APO/FPO addresses may vary significantly.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.A.?
MisterArt.com currently ships to all 50 United States as well as APO/FPO addresses and Puerto Rico. At this time, we do not ship internationally, nor do we ship to Guam or other U.S. protectorates. We do plan to add international shipping to certain countries soon, so be sure to check back from time to time!
Do you ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses?
We do ship to APO/FPO and post office box addresses. APO/FPO delivery times may vary significantly. Some restrictions apply based on the value and weight of an order. Unfortunately, we cannot ship items marked No-Fly, Freight, or Factory Direct to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.
Why are there additional shipping charges?
Occasionally, shipping carriers assess additional fees for packages that are oversized or heavy. Products that incur these additional fees are indicated on the site by the icons below.

Several items are too large to be shipped by typical shipping carriers, so we must ship them via freight service. These items are shipped to your curbside. If you require inside delivery, you must contact the delivery company to make special arrangements. Additional costs for inside delivery and lift gate are incurred by the customer and paid directly to the freight company upon delivery scheduling.
Some items are shipped directly to you from a manufacturer. Shipping charges for factory direct items vary and are noted on each product. Factory direct items may take longer to receive, and items ordered together may arrive separately.
Some shipping options are not available for XL products and we cannot ship Freight or Factory Direct items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
What are the shipping options and restrictions?
MisterArt.com offers several shipping services in order to meet your desired delivery time. Shipping charges are based on the subtotal of your order, the delivery option you choose, and the destination.
Some orders may also include a surcharge for oversized or heavy items or items that are sent directly from the manufacturer.
Free shipping is provided for orders in excess of $200, as follows:
- Order subtotal must be $200 or more
- Order must be shipped to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes)
- Order must be shipped within the continental U.S
- If an order contains a factory-direct, size-restricted or weight-restricted item or the total order exceeds 30 lbs., the customer pays only the surcharge; the base shipping rate is free
- Gift cards are not included in the subtotal amount
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- Not valid on previous purchases
Certain products are considered hazardous and require special shipping precautions. These items include volatile and flammable materials as well as products with harmful fumes and other properties and can be only shipped via standard ground shipping and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or P.O. Boxes.

How do I return an item I don't want?
If after inspection of your order, you no longer want an item or have purchased too much of a particular item, you may return it to us (at your expense) for a refund as long as it is within 30 days of the shipment date. The product must arrive back to us unused and in the original wrapping or container. Credit will be given for the original purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We regret that we cannot issue refunds for videos, DVDs, or CDs. In the event of a defective video, DVD, or CD, we will replace it with an identical one.
Before returning items, you will need to contact us. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to include with your returned inventory as well as the address of our returns department. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip. After a returned item has been received, it will take 2-3 weeks to process. Refunds will appear as a credit on your statement for your original method of payment.
How do I replace a damaged item?
MisterArt guarantees that all products sold are of the finest quality and free from defects. If there is a defect with a product you have ordered, it can be returned within 30 days and a new item will be sent to you. Before returning any product, you will need to contact us to let us know if you would like a credit or a replacement. We will also need to know if the product appears to have been damaged during shipping. When contacting us, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to include with your returned inventory as well as the address of our returns department and other necessary information.
How do I return an incorrect item?
